With ever changing consumer needs and tastes, and the companies becoming more customer-centric than ever, Market Researchers have to keep re-inventing themselves to keep pace. A workshop tuned to the needs of modern day market research techniques. A 2-3 hour workshop that would give an overview of the marketing research industry globally as well as India with a special focus on how various businesses benefit from marketing research. The workshop will illustrate various tools and methodologies available for market research and how each of them is used to address substantive marketing problems such as segmentation, estimating market potential, forecasting and positioning new products. This second part of the event would have a case study, for which the participants would be divided into groups of 5-6 and asked to submit presentations for a case, which will be distributed at that time only.
